I-Term Teacher

Le Jardin Academy is looking for I-Term Teachers for the 2026-2027 School Year. I-Term Teachers are responsible for understanding and delivering the pedagogical and programmatic goals and outcomes of I-Term through the planning, facilitation and execution of one I-Term course. 

I-Term Teacher positions include:

•  France Film and Arts 

•  Colorado Olympic Swim Training

•  Idaho Mountain Leadership

•  Moloka'i

•  Into the Wild - Adventures in Animal Science

Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Wilderness First Aid Certification required if traveling off island. Related outdoor leadership experience preferred. Related outdoor leadership subject area knowledge preferred. Related language skill preferred. Must be comfortable working in a group and collaborating with co-leads and students. Must be able to maintain point of influence in a group setting. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person with families, students, and fellow leaders.
