Healthcare Recruitment Officer – Caregiver Hiring

Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Officer – Caregiver Hiring to manage high-volume recruitment of caregivers across Kerala, along with GDA, ANM, GNM, Staff Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mass/bulk caregiver recruitment and achieve monthly hiring targets.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and recruitment drives.
  
• Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  
• Coordinate interviews, selection, offers and joining.
  
• Maintain regular candidate follow-up until joining.
  
• Build candidate networks through GDA institutes, nursing colleges and local communities.
  
• Coordinate with branches and training teams for manpower requirements.
  
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate pipeline in Zoho Recruit/ATS.
  
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
  

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
  
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, homecare or staffing.
  
• Experience in bulk/mass recruitment is preferred.
