Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor Cambridge curriculum implementation

• Review lesson plans, academic planning, and curriculum coverage

• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers

• Support and mentor teachers in effective teaching practices

• Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic timelines

• Monitor student academic progress and identify learning gaps

• Analyse assessment results and support academic interventions

• Conduct and coordinate academic PD sessions for teachers

• Maintain academic records and prepare regular academic reports

• Work closely with the HOS to continuously improve teaching and learning standards

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cambridge School

• Good understanding of the Cambridge curriculum
