Department: Clinical Dietitian 

Shift: Full time Days

Facility:  St. Mary's Hospital

Location: Kankakee

Responsibilities

Provides appropriate patient nutritional care.  Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.  Provides nutrition education to patients/families.  Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)

2. One year healthcare experience desirable.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $58,614.40 to $84,884.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
