Assess the vocational interests, abilities, and training needs of beneficiaries.

Plan and conduct practical vocational training sessions.

Teach job-related skills based on the individual's abilities and interests.

Support beneficiaries in developing work habits, discipline, and workplace behaviour.

Monitor and document individual progress and training outcomes.

Coordinate with psychologists, special educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.

Assist in identifying suitable vocational opportunities and work placements.

Maintain training materials, tools, equipment, and records.

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive training environment.

Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and rehabilitation planning.

Perform other duties related to vocational rehabilitation as assigned.
