Overview

Some people are at their best when they're meeting someone new. As a Client Acquisition Representative, you'll introduce yourself to business owners, learn how their business takes payments, and show them a setup that saves them money month after month. When they're ready, you'll sign them on and get them started.

You don't need a payments background. Training covers the product, the process and the conversation, and teammates are a message away whenever you want a second opinion. This is a full-time position that pays on performance, with bonuses for strong months, so every account you bring on adds to what you earn.

What You'll Do

Introduce yourself to business owners and build rapport fast
Ask good questions about their setup and what it costs
Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option that fits how they run
Work through concerns and bring the deal to a close
Guide each new client through setup and the first few weeks
Log every call, follow-up and next step in the CRM

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, upbeat and good at earning trust
Organized, consistent and goal driven
Open to coaching and eager to get better each week
Sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
