What You'll Do

Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production standards.
Manage engineering projects, including equipment installations and process improvements.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and meet business objectives.
Support new product launches and manufacturing planning activities.
Analyze production data and downtime trends to improve overall equipment effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a metal fabrication, stamping, or similar manufacturing environment.
Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and project management.
Working knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing equipment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
Frequent walking throughout the production facility.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to safely access and inspect manufacturing equipment.
Visual ability to review production processes, equipment, and technical drawings.
