Site Development Project Manager

Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Senior Site DevelopmentProject Manager in their Kansas City Office!

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients/projects
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  
• Design efficient layouts for clients andassist them through the entitlement process
  
• Understand each project’s approvalprocess
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
  
• 8+ years of experience in sitedevelopment engineering
  
• PE License or ability to quicklyobtain is mandatory
  
• Significant experience with AutoCAD andCivil 3D
  
• Experience in hydrology and sitedevelopment
  
• Proven track record of businessdevelopment or a great desire to grow and learn those abilities
  

Salary is commensurate withexperience.
