Job Duties:

Responsible for the preparation of court accountings, inventories, and tracking assets, drafting probate pleadings, litigation documents settlements, closing documents and complex pleadings for review by staff attorneys.
Assists in factual and legal research on non-routine probate matter, trial preparation on contested or litigated matters and controls the docket for the staff attorneys

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but may substitute work experience.
Prior experience in litigation, probate administration, or real estate, preferred.
Strong organizational skills a must.
Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
