Assistant Accounting Manager

• Prepare, execute, monitor, and control monthly and annual financial reports to provide accurate financial information to management.
  

• Evaluate and monitor the fulfillment of tax obligations, both monthly and annually, and conduct periodic reviews of the company’s tax exposure to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a systematic, identifiable, and complete filing system, as well as maintain proper administrative procedures for accounting documents to facilitate easy document retrieval.
  

• Perform fieldwork audits based on the audit framework and annual audit plan to ensure that audit activities are conducted on schedule, timely, and in accordance with proper examination standards.
  

• Motivate, develop, and evaluate subordinates’ skills and performance to ensure that tasks are carried out in alignment with the required job competencies.
  

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's degree from Accounting.
  
• Have min. 5 year experience in the same field.
  
• Have knowledge of consolidation accounting.​
  
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
