Corporate Finance & Investor Relation Manager

• Lead corporate finance activities, including fundraising, financing, financial structuring, and strategic transactions.
  
• Develop financial models, projections, and forecasts to support business planning, investment decisions, and corporate finance initiatives.
  
• Analyze financial performance, market trends, and key business drivers, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  
• Lead Investor Relations activities and manage relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
  
• Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, and external disclosures.
  
• Support capital markets initiatives and strategic corporate projects, including preparation of investor materials and coordination with external advisors.
  
• Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis to support business strategy and corporate finance decisions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information and disclosures.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting.
  
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  
• Strong understanding of capital markets, Investor Relations, corporate actions, and strategic corporate finance transactions; experience in capital markets-related projects is preferred.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
