- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and long-term project planning.Ā
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage of the design and finalization process.Ā
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and execution requirements.Ā
- Supervise the use of civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000) and ensure team proficiency in technical platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Civil EngineeringĀ or related field.Ā
- Have min 5 years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in managerial level.Ā
- Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.Ā
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ā
- Proficiency in construction management administration.Ā
- High integrity is a mustĀ
- Strong skills in data analysis, engineering documentation, and reporting.Ā
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Ā
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.Ā
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner.Ā
