Human Resources Coordinator

Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. This role supports key HR functions including onboarding, employee records management, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day employee support, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system access
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with job postings
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment preparation, and employee communications
  • Track and maintain employee data related to attendance, leave, and compliance
  • Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and document retention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms


  • Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
