Salesforce Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Assistant to support the Salesforce Administrator within our organization. This role will assist with Salesforce data management, reporting, and administrative support to ensure accurate tracking of programs, outcomes, and organizational impact.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn Salesforce in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Management
Enter, update, and maintain accurate client and program records in SalesforceÂ
Ensure data integrity across profiles, including demographic, service, and outcome informationÂ
Perform routine data clean-up and de-duplication tasksÂ
Reporting & Data Quality
Assist in generating weekly and monthly Salesforce reportsÂ
Review dashboards for anomalies, missing data, or inconsistenciesÂ
Flag trends or data issues for review by a supervisorÂ
Operational Support
Support weekly site audits and program tracking tasksÂ
Help monitor completion of certifications, services, and milestonesÂ
Assist in maintaining standardized data entry procedures across teamsÂ
System Support & Improvements
Assist with basic Salesforce configuration updates (as trained)Â
Help document workflows, processes, and reporting structuresÂ
Identify opportunities to improve data tracking efficiencyÂ
Communication & Coordination
Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to prioritize tasksÂ
Provide updates on data issues, progress, and completed assignmentsÂ
Support cross-team coordination when data clarification is neededÂ
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)Â
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databasesÂ
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn SalesforceÂ
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong written communication skillsÂ
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data entry, administrative support, or program coordinationÂ
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or basic analyticsÂ
Experience in nonprofit, workforce development, or public service environmentsÂ
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time: 35 hours per weekÂ
