Position Overview
We are looking for skilled operators to help maintain safe, clear parking lots, driveways, and commercial properties throughout winter weather events. Operators will use skid steers, front loaders, and other snow removal equipment to efficiently clear snow and ice.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers, loaders, and other assigned snow removal equipment.
- Clear snow from parking lots, driveways, access roads, and designated areas.
- Perform snow removal efficiently while protecting pavement, curbs, landscaping, vehicles, and property.
- Follow established safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance issues or damage.
- Work alongside other operators, hand crews, and supervisors to complete snow removal assignments.
- Maintain reliable communication and respond promptly when called in for snow events.
Requirements
- Valid ID or driver's license.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of snow removal experience.
- Experience operating skid steers & loaders.
- Must be available 24/7 during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work safely in extreme winter weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong awareness of surroundings, property protection, and equipment safety.

Job Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary (Seasonal)
- Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Shift Availability: Day, night, and overnight shifts required as weather conditions dictate.
Important Seasonal Employment Information
Snow removal is on-call work, and hours are determined entirely by weather conditions. Employees must be prepared for unpredictable schedules and short-notice call-ins.
Applicants under 18 years old or currently in school are not eligible due to the unpredictable hours and availability requirements of winter snow removal.
