Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is seeking a friendly and motivated individual for a career growth opportunity as a Universal Banker-1 at our West Street branch in Keene, NH.

Starting pay begins at $22.00 per hour and is negotiable based on level of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment 
• Intermediate use of desktop applications
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills  
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains minimal errors and resolves outstanding errors in a timely manner with assistance from branch mentor or supervisor.
• Carefully prepares and checks customer documents for completeness and accuracy utilizing procedures and resources.
• Expands customer relationships by exploring customer product and service needs through interactive dialogue.
