Job Details: Job Location: Cleburne (new shop) - Cleburne, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades, Purpose:As a Welder you will be responsible for welding, positioning, aligning and fitting miscellaneoussteel components according to technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring that they meet designspecifications and quality standards.Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Competencies:Basic Metalworking Skills:路 Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic metalworking machinery.路 Knowledge of shop machines and sand tools, including their designs, uses, repair,and maintenance.路 Basic understanding of fabrication processes such as cutting, grinding, anddrilling.Welder 1:路 Proficient in welding flux core and/or hard wire路 Knowledge of basic weld symbols路 Basic knowledge of drawings路 Knowledge of welding equipment and their settingsWelder 2:路 D1.1 certified flux core and hard wire路 Advanced knowledge of weld symbols路 Able to troubleshoot welding equipment and perform minor repairs路 Correct unsatisfactory weldsWelder 3:路 Ability to train lower level welders路 Quality check welds路 Ability to weld multiple material types路 Basic fitting skills路 Knowledge and understanding of heat affected area and it鈥檚 reaction to base metal路 Identify and perform corrective actions路 Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and drawingsQualifications:
