Behavioral Technician (BT)

We’re seeking a Behavioral Technician looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a unique setting. This is an opportunity to provide a safe and therapeutic encompassment for pediatric-aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Position Types Available: Full-Time 

Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma 
• Specialized knowledge in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) 
• Experience working with children, preferably special needs preferred
• Proven ability to work within a team, leadership and problem solving abilities
• Strong core values, such as integrity, loyalty, trust, leadership, team work are required
• Exhibits positive and proactive approaches to problem solving
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Becomes fluent in the understanding and application of each child’s Behavior Support Plan
• Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the clients, including maintaining daily records

Hourly Salary Ranges** 

• Full-Time: $17.00 - $19.00  

**Compensation is based on skill set, experience and caseload.
