Job Description: As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of instruction when our regular teachers are unavailable. You will be responsible for following lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Ensure that all students are engaged in learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university 

• Teaching certification or substitute teacher certification. 

• Strong classroom management skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to adapt to different grade levels and subjects. 

• Flexibility and reliability.
