Raw Materials Processor

The Raw Materials Processor is responsible for receiving, handling, and preparing plastic raw materials for production in a manufacturing environment. This position safely operates a sit-down forklift to transport materials, load hoppers, stage inventory, and maintain an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production lines. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift; forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
