Job Details: Job Location: Performance Heating - Kent, WA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00Hourly, PurposeThe Service Administrator is responsible for assisting the service department with purchase orders, inventory, invoicing, billing, and dispatch calls.Essential Job Functions· Offer complete customer service to both internal and external customers· Assist with generating monthly preventative maintenance work orders· Renew and cancel contracts, following processes in place to ensure that all aspects of cancellation are captured· Back up to all service dispatch duties· Issue any purchase orders needed and complete associated data entry· Receive purchase orders and check for accuracy· Manage recommendations and generate quotes to send to customers· Coordinate with the projects department on large repair quotes and change out requests· Other duties as assigned.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
