Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counterpart's sales and customer service responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Parts Department: Receipt parts and inspect them for damage Stock Parts, keep stock parts orderly on the shelves Pick parts and stage for customer pick up or delivery Provide service technicians with parts as required. Performs housekeeping tasks that maintain the cleanliness of the parts department. Processes cores, warranties, and returns. Attend training as prescribed by management. Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently. Perform other tasks as required by the Parts Manager. Perpetually work to make processes more efficient. Customer Service: Greeting and acknowledging all customers they come in contact with. Conduct all actions with integrity. Treat customers fairly and with honesty. Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift more than 50lbs.
