Server Job Description:

Donut Gallery is looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Server to join our team in Key Biscayne. This full-time position offers hourly pay plus tips. The Server provides attentive guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. Candidates must be available for rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.

Requirements

Server Qualifications:

• Provide friendly, professional service and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, explain menu items, and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve orders efficiently and process payments and tips accurately.
• Maintain clean tables, dining areas, and service stations; complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Communicate guest concerns and service needs promptly to the manager and support teammates during busy periods.
• Previous experience as a Server, Restaurant Server, Waiter/Waitress, Food Server, Mesero/a, or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment and manage multiple tables.
• Food Handler Certificate required or ability to obtain it.
• Full-time availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work within Donut Gallery's operating hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; Friday–Saturday, until 10:00 PM; and Sunday, until 9:00 PM, based on operational needs.
