We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Kildare , Ireland.

Job Type - Full-time/Permanent

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.

Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.

Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance.

Administer medications and perform general nursing duties.

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Current NMBI registration (active NMBI PIN)

Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Previous management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Genuine interest in caring for older persons

Experience or qualification in Care of the Elderly

Successful Garda Vetting clearance

Authorised to work in Ireland
