We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Kildare , Ireland.

Job Type - Full-time/Permanent

 Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer medications and perform general nursing duties.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the multidisciplinary team.


Requirements

  • Current NMBI registration (active NMBI PIN)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Genuine interest in caring for older persons
  • Experience or qualification in Care of the Elderly
  • Successful Garda Vetting clearance
  • Authorised to work in Ireland
