We are hiring a Staff Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in Kildare who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation. This is a Permanent/Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care, including assessment, care plan development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Providing patients with excellent, caring nursing care, making sure that their mental, emotional, and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
  • Collaborating with other medical specialists, such as doctors, therapists, and support personnel, to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
  • Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.


Requirements

  • Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
  • Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
  • Prior experience caring for the elderly​
