Schedule: Full-time. Weekday daytime core business hours, Monday through Friday. Lead officers cover evenings and weekends.
About the role: Lead a team of Access Control Officers and Security Escorts protecting a secure government facility. You manage posts, schedule shifts, run daily muster, report incidents, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the government customer.
Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage access control posts and keep every post covered
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build and adjust shift schedules; fill vacancies quickly
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct daily muster and brief the team
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document and report incidents and security events
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as the primary on-site liaison with the government customer
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Make sure team members complete required security and annual training, with relief scheduled so posts stay covered
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform access control duties alongside the team when needed
Minimum qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 U.S. citizenship
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Active TS/SCI clearance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 25 years of age (contract requirement)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 4 years of experience as an Access Control Officer, including use of personnel security systems such as DISS
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At least 2 years of experience as an access control supervisor (experience may come from any employer or contract)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or able to obtain before start)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Eligible for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and, if required, submit to a counterintelligence polygraph
