Angel Tree Warehouse Worker

Job Details: Job Location: KT-Kingsport Corps - Kingsport, TN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, This position is responsible for: Christmas center; lifts, carries, loads and unloads variety of donations that may include furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.; works to promote the safety and security of the warehouse; assists with the cleanup, lay out, and set up of the warehouse; assists with possible pick up from the malls or corporations, if necessary.Key Responsibilities Lifts and stacks donations in the warehouse. Distributes donations to their proper place as instructed in the warehouse. Clean and service assigned areas in the Christmas Center. Sweep and/or mop assigned areas as needed.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:  Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.Work requires driving a vehicle daily with exposure to the outdoors where there are physical discomforts associated with changes in weather such as rain, cold, snow, heat or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Education and Experience:High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required. Certifications/Licenses:None
