Job Details: Job Location: CMTB Kingston - Kingston, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Summary:The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee the fabrication operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This role involves managing a team of plasma table and brake press operators, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Lead and manage a team of plasma table and brake press operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Quality Control: Ensure all processes meet industry standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of quality.Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety training for team members.Production Planning: Collaborate with the production manager / plant manager to schedule and prioritize projects based on production timelines.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste using Lean principles.
