Junior Staff/Vocation

The Vocational Staff Assist in overseeing the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.

This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.

You’re not just leading teams… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.

• Lead and oversee a variety of jobs, and minister to students while doing so
  
• Plan and manage daily work assigned for you and your team
  
• Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
  
• Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
  
• Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
  
• Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
  
• Train and lead your team assigned
  

Requirements

• Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ
  
• Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
  
• Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
  
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  
• Willingness to complete OSHA training
