As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming, secure environment for employees and guests. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor sign-in procedures, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel in accordance with site procedures to help protect restricted production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and policy concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
