Salary: $47,936 - $51,346 (Base + Referendum + ESOL/Reading/Master's supplements)

BridgePrep Academy Osceola is seeking a dedicated First Grade Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned primary instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons focused on foundational reading, writing, mathematics, and state standards mastery.

• Culture & Support: Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.

• Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.   

• Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Prekindergarten/Primary Education (Age 3–Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K–6).

• Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

• Preferred: ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master’s degree; prior primary teaching experience.
