Industrial Electrician - Continental Rotating

Our clients, a leader in the Brewing Industry is looking for anIndustrial Electrician to join their team.

Role Summary: The IndustrialElectrician will be responsible for on shift calls to troubleshoot, repair, andassist operations.

Accountabilities:

• Industrialelectrician with 442A ticket 
  
• Installof new electrical systems
  
• Troubleshootand maintain equipment in a food processing plant 
  
• PLCexperience including programing, troubleshooting 
  
• Providetechnical expertise in all areas of maintenance and engineering with focus onelectrical and controls system including PLC programming
  
• Providecoaching, direction and technical knowledge transfer to packaging andmaintenance operators and staff
  
• Providesupport to the maintenance department for the effective planning and schedulingof maintenance activities through the review of preventative maintenanceroutines
  
• Troubleshootproduction and quality issues in conjunction with maintenance and operatingpersonnel.
  
• Ensurethat maintenance and quality standards are maintained at or above industrystandards and follows good manufacturing practices
  
• Support maintenanceactivities for all production equipment and facilities in a cost-effectivemanner to enhance the efficiency, reliability and life of equipment
  
• Identification ofpackaging and maintenance opportunities, both operational and equipment basedto improve safety, quality and cost performance
  
• Maintains electricaldocumentation and current controls programming off plant equipment.
  
• Perform duties andassignments as required by the senior management team
  

Qualifications

·       2+ years related maintenanceexperience in an industrial environment

·       2+ years’ experiencewith PLC programming & networking

·       Food or beverage orconsumer packaged goods experience preferred

·       Excellent interpersonalskills to work with diverse groups across all boundaries

·       Solid command of safetyand regulatory compliance requirements

·       Ability to effectivelymanage multiple priorities, often with demanding time constraints

·       Strong sense of urgencyand accountability
