We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in Adult and Pediatric Medical-Surgical settings. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients, administering treatments and medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay Rate : $2502 total weekly pay , pay break - $69.50/hour($33/hour taxable W-2 , $36.50/hour non taxable stipend) for traveler

Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- Typical schedule alternates between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next
- Up to 1 on-call shift per week
- Must be flexible to work days, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Holiday coverage is required
- Maximum of 2 shift call-offs during the assignment
- RTO for Thanksgiving and Christmas will not be accepted
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric medical-surgical patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient-care environment.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
- Follow established infection-control, safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in on-call coverage as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience required.
- Medical-Surgical experience required.
- Experience with both adult and pediatric patients preferred.
- BLS/BCLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be flexible with scheduling, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities.
