Position Summary :
Responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the Data Center segment. Provide pre-sales technical support including solution design, product selection, and application engineering to meet customer requirements. Engage closely with customers, consultants, and channel partners to understand project needs and present optimized, value-based solutions. Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure technically sound, commercially competitive, and feasible proposals. Support the preparation of technical proposals, tenders, and compliance documentation. Maintain strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, technologies, industry standards, and market trends to identify opportunities and support strategic business development.

Scope :
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Data Center segment in line with company objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and key accounts within the Data Center market.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, tenders, and technical submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
• Conduct product and solution presentations to customers and partners.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including solution design, system architecture, and product selection for Data Center applications.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation such as compliance statements, method statements, and technical clarifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure solutions are feasible and competitive.
• Stay up to date with Data Center industry trends, technologies, standards, and competitor activities.

Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, or related discipline)
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or solution engineering
3. Prior experience in Data Center, critical facilities, power, cooling, or infrastructure solutions is highly preferred
4. Strong technical knowledge of Data Center systems and solutions (e.g. power distribution, cooling, monitoring, redundancy concepts)
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
8. Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
9. Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and project support
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
11. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
12. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
13. Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
14. Candidate who can start work in short notice will be preferred


Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm
