Job Description: The Line Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment within the manufacturing facility and ensuring that quality products are produced timely and efficiently. QualificationsJob Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills and the ability to follow rules and directions Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
