Bluemont Group is a local Dunkin’ franchisee, not corporate, so you’ll actually know the people running the company. As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you’ll make iced coffee, espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches for people on their way to work and school. It’s fast, it’s friendly, and the morning rush is the main event. Great as a first job, a part-time job after school, or a fresh start.

What you’ll do

• Take orders on the drive-thru headset and at the front counter
• Build hot and iced coffee, cold brew and espresso drinks to Dunkin’ recipe
• Heat and wrap breakfast sandwiches, wraps and sides
• Keep the donut and bakery case stocked and looking good
• Ring up guests on the POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the counter, lobby and drive-thru window clean, even during the rush
• Help open or close the store: brew, stock, clean and set up the next shift
• Follow food safety and brand standards on every order

Hours & schedule

• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.
• Part-time and full-time schedules available
• Early mornings and weekends are our busiest times
• Minimum age: 16

You’re a fit if

Must-haves

• You show up on time and your team can count on you
• You’re comfortable talking to guests (we’ll teach the rest)
• You can stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift and carry supplies
• You’re 16 or older

Nice-to-haves

• Cashier, barista or food service experience (not required; first jobs welcome)
• A second language
