 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Linux Device Driver Lead with strong expertise in Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, Real-Time Linux, Android Kernel and Automotive Infotainment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership and hands-on debugging experience.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Linux Kernel and Device Driver development, integration and delivery.
• Drive driver development and porting across UFS, Filesystem, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, UART and Display.
• Debug kernel panics, crashes, memory issues and system stability problems.
• Work on Real-Time Linux, RT porting and Android Linux Kernel.
• Support automotive infotainment/cockpit platform integration.
• Perform root-cause analysis of complex kernel and driver issues.
• Collaborate with architecture, platform and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to developers.

 REQUIRED SKILLS

• 8+ years of hands-on Linux Kernel and Device Driver development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Linux Kernel internals and kernel debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Linux and RT porting.
• Strong expertise in Android Linux Kernel.
• Experience in driver porting for UFS, Filesystem, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, UART and Display.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience debugging kernel panics, crashes and system stability issues.
• Strong understanding of Automotive Infotainment/Cockpit systems.
• Excellent technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
