Job DetailsJob Location: Kosciusko, MS 39090Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: NonePosition Summary The Warehouse and Maintenance Assistant supports day-to-day warehouse organization and general facility maintenance activities. The position assists with warehouse orders, stock placement, cleaning and upkeep, grounds maintenance, and assigned maintenance tasks while helping maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 路 Performs other related duties as assigned. 路 Supports maintenance personnel with assigned tasks. 路 Cuts grass and performs string trimming. 路 Performs painting and cleaning tasks. 路 Collects and disposes of trash. 路 Sweeps warehouse and work areas. 路 Puts away stock in proper bin locations. 路 Pulls warehouse orders. 路 Helps maintain a clean and orderly warehouse. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 路 Ability to work independently and learn new tasks. 路 Ability to follow spoken and written instructions. 路 Ability to perform general cleaning, groundskeeping, and maintenance-support tasks. 路 Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks. 路 Basic warehouse organization and stock placement skills. 路 Detail-oriented work habits. Work Schedule Part-Time. Work Environment Work is performed in warehouse, facility, and outdoor areas and may include general cleaning, groundskeeping, and maintenance-support activities. Physical Requirements 路 Ability to perform warehouse, cleaning, groundskeeping, and general maintenance-support tasks. 路 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
