Branch Manager – Kozhikode

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall operations and performance of our homecare branch in Kozhikode.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for branch operations, staff and caregiver management, client coordination, service quality, business development, customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kozhikode branch and ensure smooth functioning.
  
• Manage caregiver and staff deployment based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate with clients, caregivers, and families to ensure effective service delivery.
  
• Monitor branch performance and achieve business, revenue, and operational targets.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Handle client concerns, complaints, and service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Supervise and guide office staff, field staff, coordinators, and caregivers.
  
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular staff follow-ups and performance reviews.
  
• Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams to meet manpower requirements.
  
• Ensure adequate caregiver availability and timely deployment.
  
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure proper documentation, records, and compliance with company procedures.
  
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports to management.
  
• Identify opportunities for business growth, client acquisition, and service expansion in the Kozhikode region.
  
• Support management initiatives, campaigns, and other branch-level activities.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in any of the following areas:
  • Operations Management
    
  • Healthcare / Homecare
    
  • Staffing / Manpower Management
    
  • Branch Management
    
  • Customer Relationship Management
    
  • Service Industry
