Manage daily accounting and finance operations.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and schedules.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.

Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Prepare management reports and provide financial information to the management.

Coordinate with branches/centres regarding financial and accounting matters.

Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Support the Finance Manager in financial analysis and other assigned tasks.
