Patient Safety Attendant

Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) - PRN as needed

POSITION PURPOSE: The Patient Safety Attendant (PSA) provides continuous one-to-one observation and supervision of patients identified as being at risk for harm to themselves or others.  The PSA is responsible for maintaining continuous visual observation of the assigned patient, documenting observations every 15 minutes, and immediately reporting any change in patient behavior or condition to the assigned Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with people in healthcare, behavioral health, educational, public safety, or customer service setting preferred.
• Current BLS Certification

Location: Granby, Fraser, Kremmling CO

Status: PRN as needed, varied shifts

Compensation: $18.50 - $26.35 per hour depending on experience, + 20% PRN shift differential
