Monitor safety practices at the project site.

Ensure workers use proper PPE such as helmet, safety shoes, gloves, safety belt, etc.

Check the site regularly for unsafe conditions and unsafe practices.

Ensure workers follow site safety rules and instructions.

Monitor safety during lifting, electrical work, working at height, welding, and other site activities.

Maintain proper housekeeping at work site.

Conduct basic toolbox talks and safety awareness for workers.

Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the Safety Officer/Supervisor.

Ensure proper barricading, warning signs, and safe access at the site.

Assist in emergency and fire safety activities.

Monitor contractor and worker compliance with safety requirements.

Maintain daily safety inspection/checklist records.

Immediately report any serious safety violation to the concerned supervisor.

Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project/Safety team.

Diploma with minimum 1 year relevant safety experience
