Machine Adjuster Trainee - Hiring Now Cenveo | City of Industry, CA The Machine Adjuster Trainee role is a hands on developmental position that prepares mechanically skilled individuals to advance into a full Machine Adjuster role. Pay & Schedule * $23/hr or higher depending on experience + applicable shift premiums * Training is on 1st shift: 6am - 2pm * 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm - 10-pm * 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm - 6am * Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed What You'll Do * Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers * Support repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues * Monitor quality and machine performance * Perform required maintenance and follow all safety procedures What You Need * 3-4 years mechanical aptitude/experience * Strong attention to detail and safety * Basic math and computer skills * Reliable and eager to learn Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, lifting up to 55 lbs * Work around machinery, noise, inks, solvents CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER INDCVOP
