Role Overview

Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for leading the team, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The Shift Manager plays a key role in driving performance, accountability, and consistency.

Job Description

• Supervise and manage team member performance during assigned shifts

• Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with team members and management

• Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and expectations

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the General Manager

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations

• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow all cash control procedures
