The Behavioral Health Executive Director will lead a team of managers across Louisiana who provide services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, supporting recovery-oriented outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, the Executive Director will collaborate in the development and implementation of behavioral health policies and practices, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and oversee the day-to-day operations of Adult Behavioral Health programs across the state.

This position will be responsible for overall operational and financial performance and will work closely with clinical staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of service delivery. The Executive Director will also provide operational leadership and knowledge of process improvement, systems optimization, and opportunities to strengthen operational efficiencies and outcomes. The role will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective processes and systems, and drive sustainable operational improvements across programs.

Additionally, this position will provide statewide strategy and leadership for program and system turnaround, including assessing operational challenges, developing and executing improvement strategies, and partnering with leadership to drive measurable improvements in program performance, quality, and service delivery.

This position is based in Louisiana and will oversee all Adult Behavioral Health programs across the state. Regular travel throughout Louisiana is required.
