Looking for a stable job with great benefits, competitive pay, and a team-oriented environment? Ice Cream Specialties is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Helper at our Lafayette facility!
In this role, you'll help keep our ice cream production running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and moving materials throughout our warehouse.
What We Offer
Up to $18.51/hour, including the applicable shift premium
Overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 per week
Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday overtime based on business needs
9-hour scheduled shifts with paid lunch and breaks

What You'll Do
Load, unload, receive, and organize warehouse materials.
Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
Move and stage ingredients and packaging supplies for production.
Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Follow company safety and food quality standards.
Work with your team to keep daily operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic counting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, but not required!
Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Shift Length: 9 hours, including paid lunch and breaks
Overtime: Saturday overtime may be required based on business needs. Hours worked over 40 in a workweek are paid at time and one-half.
