He enjoys spending time on his tablet and watching his favorite shows on TV/YouTube. He enjoys to be around the company of others and being involved in conversations.    This candidate should be caring, patient, comfortable with personal care and should have the ability to remain calm following seizure protocol. This individual also has a sister that would be home during services and requires assistance from the DSP.   This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services. at the agency.   Monday -Friday his availability for staff is between 3:30pm-7pm and on weekends within 11am-7pm   Starting pay is $17.50/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.   Lafayette, NY     Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work independently in the person’s home and/or community. Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred. New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community.   Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license  Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
