Client Service Representative

Serve as the first contact person for customer enquiry, orders and complaintsResolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution the problem.Call customers after delivery and confirm that they are satisfied with the jobMaintain documentations of all jobs: job order, job price, project timeline log and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.Ensure that customer are happy with the service delivered to them and placate angry customers.Contributes to team effort by accomplishi9ng related results as neededPrepare and submit weekly report to the Managing Director through the Assistant General ManagerReceive and verify the accuracy of orders from customers before handing over to the production team.Fill the job order and update necessary information on the job list and submit to the compliance officer for approval and transfer to the lead production officer for creation of Bill of Material.Liaise with the production, GRAPHICS, Inventory and Procurement departments to ensure that order are accurate and delivered on time.Be abreast of all relevant information concerning an order, including changes in design and/or quantity, production status, visual and reporting same to the necessary parties.Responsible for carrying out quality control checks at different production checkpoints i.e Graphic Artworks, Tailoring, Printing, Monogram and Packaging to ensure items match the client’s orders with zero errors.Get clients’ approval on samples before the commencement of the bulk order
