Job Summary

The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring new customers bypromoting fiber broadband internet services. The role involves field sales,customer education, and closing subscriptions while maintaining high servicestandards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify andapproach potential customers within assigned areas.
  
• Promote andsell fiber broadband internet services to residential andbusiness customers.
  
• Educatecustomers on available packages, pricing, and installation processes. Achievedaily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
• Accuratelycapture customer information and submit sales documentation.
  
• Follow upwith customers to ensure successful installation and activation. Provide marketfeedback and customer insights to supervisors
  

Requirements

• Previousexperience in fiber telecom, broadband, or ISP sales is an added advantage.
  
• Strong fieldsales and customer engagement experience.
  
• Goodcommunication and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability towork independently and meet sales targets.
  
• OND/NDqualification minimum
