Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the administration and upkeep of Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Deliver initial-level assistance to employees regarding email functionality, collaboration platforms, and permission access.
- Manage user lifecycle events, such as setting up new accounts and revoking access during offboarding.
- Track system activity and identify potential inefficiencies or recurring technical problems.
- Acquire proficiency in constructing basic applications via Power Apps and contribute to their creation.
- Collaborate with various departments to design and implement digital tools that streamline business workflows.
- Participate in the testing phases and deployment of low-code applications to ensure functionality.
- Offer fundamental IT assistance to internal and external users facing system or usability challenges.
- Identify and escalate advanced technical matters to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Record detailed logs of incidents and resolutions to support documentation and personal skill development.
- Draft process manuals, user guides, and configuration records to aid organizational knowledge.
- Engage in team knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned and establishing best practices.
